Check in and check out
When you fill the booking form you are asked to supply details on your arrival. Any change or delay must be communicate to the host or to us as soon as you know. For each accommodation check the possible check-in/check-out time (if not specified, the check out time is 10am): arrival and departure can be arranged at different times according to the availability of the owner/host of the accommodation.
We are not responsible for any eventual failure or delay of your check in. Apartments/B&B/holiday homes don’t have reception, so your welcome must be arranged in advance. CHECK IN IS NOT GUARANTEED IF YOU DON’T COMMUNICATE US YOUR ARRIVAL TIME.

Complaints
Even though we choose our apartments/B&B/holiday homes carefully and check their condition periodically, LetinRome is a booking agency and as such not directly responsible for any problems you might find in the location. Problem beyond our control (plumbing, lost keys, noise, cleaning or others) or possible refunds must be discussed with the host of the accommodation.

Rates
Rates depend on the season and are clearly shown on the web site an on your booking form. Any changes in rates will be shown on the web site and on your booking form.

Facilities
All the facilities are listed on each apartment/B&B/holiday home’s description. However some of the facilities are not included in the price (these are called EXTRA): if you want to use them you must arrange it directly with the owner/host and pay an extra fee. The extra facilities are clearly shown on the description of the accommodation

Damages
In case of any damage allocated at the B&B/apartment/holiday home which is proved to have been caused by the guest of the accommodation, then the guest shall pay damages compensation to the owner/host.

Personal Data
The web site offers services which make it necessary to record your personal data in order to make the reservation. Data will be used only for this purpose or for the possible communication of other initiatives promoted by LetinRome, and will not be transmitted or circulated. According to the Law 675/96 you are entitled to exercise all rights to know which of your data are present in the archive and to request their modification or cancellation.
