Booking Guide
Booking is quick and easy:
- You must fill in the booking request form of the accommodation you chose or contact us via email specifying the dates of your stay. Once we have checked the availability, we will send you via email the booking form you have to fill
- Within 2 working days you must send us back the filled booking form and pay the 15% of the total amount via bank transfer or credit card (we will provide you instructions on these options). The remaining 85% must be paid cash to the host of your accommodation upon arrival
- Once we have received the filled form and the receipt of your down payment we will give you confirmation of your reservation and send you all the informations regarding the apartment/B&B/holiday home chosen. Only at this stage you can consider the accommodation booked

BOOKING CANCELLATION
In case of booking cancellation we will keep the total amount of the down payment.
If, after our confirmation, the accommodation you have booked is not available for justified reason, we reserve the right to offer an alternative and equal solution. If the client do not want to accept it, he will receive the total amount of the deposit. Nothing else will be charged.
